You must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, operation, content or other users. Website and product content, branding, photographs and designs remain owned by or licensed to Ocean Towel unless stated otherwise.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment, fraud or delivery information is incorrect. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Available payment methods appear at checkout and are processed by the relevant provider. You must provide complete and accurate order information.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours can vary between screens and production batches. Stock, prices and promotions may change without notice. Any material product-specific terms shown on a product page form part of your purchase.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
