Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Our refund and return policy is as mention below.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. After that time, we are not obliged to accept you demand or return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. After that time, we are not obliged to accept you demand or return.

If you provide an address (wrong address) that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges.

We are sorry for that but it is not possible for the specific character of our products.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

Refunds

It is best to contact use via e-mail before returning any products.

You can be refunded if your return has been approved, you have not received your order or your item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refund are provided through the initial payment method or bank transfer.

We can only refund the price of the items, excluding any shipping costs, unless item has not been delivered.

Returns

We don’t accept returns because of change your mind. If the product doesn’t fit, you can apply for exchange for different size under the conditions displayed below – see Exchanges.
If we can’t provide the product is the size that fits you and you don’t accept other alternative, you can ask for return and refund.

It is best to contact use via e-mail before returning any products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After contacting us and being approved for return and refund, please, send your purchase back to the address of the sender stated on your package or the address we will provide you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of eligibility for refund.

If the goods is in the state as described when we have approved your return, you will be refunded through your initial payment method and bank transfer.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded if meeting conditions stated above. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that don’t fit or have arrived defective or damaged. We don’t exchange product because of change of your mind or perceived colour variations due to inconsistencies of computer screens vs real garment colours.

It is best to contact use via e-mail before exchanging any products.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After contacting us and approving the exchange via e-mail, please, send your purchase back to the address of sender stated on you packed or the address we will provide you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the goods is in the state as described when we have approved your exchange, the new goods will be shipped as soon as possible.

Customer may be asked for additional costs for shipping an exchanged item back to her/him and agrees to pay this costs that may be as high as the initial shipping cost. Customer agrees to pay this when applying for an exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to sender address or the address we will provide you after contacting us. Do not send anything to our billing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping items back, customer is responsible for the item until it’s delivered to us and it is highly recommended using a trackable shipping services. If we don’t receive your return you won’t be eligible for refund or exchange any more.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is customer’s responsibility. If we don’t receive your return you won’t be eligible for refund or exchange any more.

Return & Exchange Shipping
