We ship worldwide with Sendle and Australian Post. If you are ordering to Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK you can just place your order through our checkout. If you want us to ship Sockies to other country, contact us for options and shipping costs.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
When we are gonna ship your Ocean Towel
If we have your selected Ocean Towel in stock, we will try to ship them the same or next business day. Unfortunately courier companies and post office don’t work during public holidays and weekends.
In case we don’t have your Ocean in stock it may take little bit longer because we have to produce them for you. Feel free to ask us.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@oceantowel.com.au so we can investigate.
If you parcel arrives damaged, please contact immediately after receiving that.
